Shoe boots, by Marc Jacobs and Jimmy Choo

Left to right: Millitary suit from F+F, Dolce & Gabbana red metallic dress, Givenchy tailoring and Dolce & Gabbana gold metallic dress
In autumn, look at us closer to the style, death is dead) next season
This summer may not exceed actual (maybe you haven't held barbecue, let alone was away on holiday, but in the world of fashion), summer 2007 is a distant memory Victoria Beckham's final carbohydrates.
For those of us indulge in all things, and we are so far, through the mortal like before we have Christmas and New Year plan package. 7 for medium-term (yes, July), all the lovely, comfortable new winter clothing collection shopping. This is what I buy, choose what kind of copy, in order to avoid any trend in the dressing room like Topshop on a Saturday afternoon?
Big, cream crumpled really eager to this autumn (so you will, with global warming. I saved a large gray sweater and polar bears, but the gap by Stella McCartney will have a great choice, in August, textiles. I love, big grizzly cardi Asda, George in 16 billion pounds. The bad news is that, sadly, sweater garment will still be very fashionable to spend Christmas: hope is very hot, flagging bosom, bobbly bottom.
Tailoring There are two looks this autumn: an oversized jacket with slim trousers, or a short, fitted, curvy jacket with very wide trousers: the best budget suit is at French Connection: £110 for the cropped, grey wool jacket, £70 for the palazzo pants with turn ups. You won't go wrong, though, if you choose anything with a high waist, something Simon Cowell might wear.
The best palazzo pants I saw on the catwalk are by Margaret Howell; a cheaper version can be found at Joseph. FandF at Tesco do a lovely, very high-waisted black stretch wool pencil skirt, which reaches just below the knee, for £12. The newest shape this autumn was first seen on the catwalk at Balenciaga; I had thought for an awful moment the models had fat thighs, but in fact they were merely wearing jodhpurs. Gap will have some great jodhpurs in store come September; in the meantime, I visited the sportswear department of Harrods for my cream twill pair ? very sexy teamed with heels.
In the big, soft, cashmere coat in iron gray. The best is in Prada? Really fits in front, but there's a lovely chrysalis form at the back? And Bottega Veneta? One thing at the waist -- but they spent about one million pounds.
My favorite is a very soft current cashmere coat, camels, cheap in the camel is more than £599 GEeorge Asda coat, by 45 or charcoal in compressed, only 35 pounds. But my coat award street to the shop has really improved (. In the past few seasons, because it's dark grey wool mainstream, only 120 million pounds. If you can't afford to buy a new coat, buy the most expensive extensive brown can you afford and use it in a moment your coat.
The latest issue of the tender baggage has found the breathtaking, I quote,? We've found a kind of new method, carrying a bag is liberated and easily? The new unit has belt, is a long journey in your body, Obliquely placed in bag will you use perfect hip.
Yes, you guys, they are talking about the straps, a revolutionary new progress of science. Bag Happily, the new season, Stanton translated, amethyst, brown, turquoise, black and red patent, aglet (!) That is a very reasonable 250 pounds. It may still be very big, but want to remember, most large label bag autumn? At the start of the Elvie, Jenny, dior in mulberry Mabel? A £10million is hovering. If you want something very cheap, hot and purple enchase leather bag will be in two weeks' time, hymall £15, I already know to spend more money to a loaf of bread.

Dresses The dress hasn't died out completely, I am afraid to say, but the good news is that autumn's dresses are longer, almost to mid calf, and the awful smock shape has been replaced by --- you guessed it ? the sack. The loveliest, most wanted dresses of the autumn are by Alberta Ferretti, embellished as they are with what looked to me suspiciously like milk bottle tops. The hottest High Street dress is sure to be the blue and black belted shift at George at Asda, £16, which reaches nicely below the knee. Sexy skirt suits will also be everywhere this autumn: I favour the black slouchy jacket with wide belt and hobble skirt by John Rocha (Next has something similar for £112) rather than the overly full skirt suit at Miu Miu. If you must wear a full skirt ? and there will be lots at Topshop -- you need to be very tall and thin.
Colours An injection of hot colour. This trend is important so that, in the sea of grey, you won't be mistaken for an elephant. French Connection has a purple wool wrap coat for £160. FandF at Tesco has a vivid plum satin shift dress, which is very Moschino Cheap and Chic, for £20 ? all the fashion editors are after this dress to wear with thick, grey ribbed tights and high patent platforms (try Nine West for a spot on pair of black patent platforms with a wooden heel for £70, and British company Pantherella for merino wool over-the-knee socks, from www.kurtgeiger.com). Or try thick mustard socks with high brown platforms, as seen at Prada; wedges, thank God, and Gladiator sandals will be passé come September. Great, too, is the Joyenne silk sack dress in electric blue or hot pink by Reiss, £79; in stores by mid August (pic), and a purple satin dress at M&S, £49.50.
Metallics Metallics were on the catwalk at Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana, Asprey, Louis Vuitton and Vera Wang. Reiss will have lots of metallics and golds in store next month, but do remember to tone something gold with something simple, like a bottle green rough knit school sweater.
Leather Anything in leather. I know that, being vegan, I shouldn't go to bed at night dreaming of Bottega Veneta's soft brown edge to edge coat, but I do. Prada, too, showed a lovely soft pink leather shirt, of all things, and a drop waist box pleat skirt. If you must buy leather, then Reiss has a very soft nut brown leather blazer, for only a couple of hundred quid?
Bonkers autumn trends to avoid like the plague
Shoe boots, like those by Marc Jacobs and Jimmy Choo. Awful, they make your legs look short. Also, bondage shoes and spike-heeled boots; far too common.
Jackets Jackets are back with a vengeance. A great tuxedo will look wonderful with a skirt or trousers or jeans: Alexander McQueen does a great one, £249. The military look was sent down the catwalk at Aquascutum, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Givenchy, but I think the black double-breasted military jacket, with a nipped-in waist (great to team with high-waisted trousers) at F&F at Tesco is almost as lovely, and only £30; just ditch the PVC belt and add a wide brown leather one.
