There are about 1,800 businesses in Vernon including True Religion Jeans

Los Angeles county competent Michael Anton has contacted the city commercial possibility has its annexing Vernon, in large part because he said he wanted to prevent similar move by the city of Los Angeles.
Several state and local politicians have discussed the possibility of disincorporating Vernon, in recent months of inspiration and other benefits compensation paid to top officials and lawyers, against former city in 'o Callaghan Donal managers conflicts of interest charges. In October 2006, Los Angeles councilwoman Janice Hahn proposed that the city of Los Angeles to explore the possibility of merger uncle Vernon.
"I know that the lakers are anxiety, they're trying to get plenty of pumping money into their finance," Anton said. "but they have bad record in handling business because of their excessive taxes and regulations."
There are about 1,800 businesses in Vernon -- including Farmer John, Gavina Gourmet Coffee and True Religion Jeans -- many of which praise the city for its low utility and tax rates.
