Christian Louboutin is Lydia Hearst's favourite designer

The model, heiress – and daughter of Patty – 24, lives in Manhattan
Lydia Hearst

Do you have a signature scent?
I like essential oils, particularly gerbera.
What is your view on plastic surgery?
I don’t judge people who have it, but unless I had a terrible accident or a disfigurement, I wouldn’t consider it. I like to keep things as natural as possible.
What is the best beauty treatment you’ve ever had?
I love hopi ear-candling. A special candle is put into your ear and heat from the flame draws out impurities. I have it done at A Spa in Gramercy Park, New York (tel: 001 212 505 0146). And I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love a good massage – the harder the better!
Do you have a tip for body confidence?
It’s important to take care of yourself.  I also think posture is key.
Lydia washes her face with a Vichy cleanser and then moisturises. Make-up staples are Nars concealer and blusher

What makes you feel glamorous?
Heels – as high as possible! Christian Louboutin is my favourite designer.
Who is your beauty icon?
Iman. It’s incredible how she challenged the traditional standards of beauty.
What would we find in your fridge?
Lots of Evian and coconut water, plus fresh fruit, vegetables and steak.
What are your indulgences?
Snickerdoodle cookies made with cinnamon and brown sugar. If I ever get a craving, I bake them myself.
