London's shopping plaza is change of luxury. It is now open a shop more modern than it on bond street.Things were shaken up irrevocably when the American-owned Abercrombie & Fitch broke all the rules and crash-landed just off Savile Row a few weeks ago. Cynics had predicted that the highbrow location would prove a step too far for a brand that is basically selling upmarket Gap, and that its broad range of customers probably wouldn't be able to find the store. So a few weeks after the launch, I went to check its progress.
