Abercrombie Investors, Beware of Trendy Teens (ANF)

The Wall Street Journal (sub. req.) has a bull/bear article up about Abercrombie & Fitch (ANF) (article summary here).
I don't understand a company it too tight, so I will assume views on both sides of the argument is plausible.
There's one thing missing articles, I think is the biggest risk securities so. What is countless said in the past few years middleman because it has been doing well figuring out what teenagers will buy. According to the history (including wet sealing and hot issues to feel) says will stumble at some point, got a popular trend was wrong.
I probably know when it would happen (if any) but anyone face to buy this stock risk. This also applies to all retailers to cater to the narrow market.
This does not mean that you should sell says if you have it or short, or even avoid buying it. All the stock of words, you can discover, or themes have drawbacks and risk. Teenagers buyers, retailers that is clear risk to deal with.
