True Religion Apparel opened eight stores in the U.S.

During the 2010 third quarter, True Religion Apparel opened eight stores in the U.S., bringing its total U.S. store count at September 30, 2010, to 89 stores, compared to 66 stores at September 30, 2009.The company also operated in Japan, four stores in Britain, one in Germany and 2010, September 30. After the end of the third quarter, company opened two additional stores in the U.S. and a shop in Toronto, Canada. We would expect another three retail store opened the United States, the rest of the fourth quarter, 2010.
Guidance
The Company is updating its guidance for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010, as follows:

• Net sales are expected to be in the range of $355 million to $360 million
• EPS is expected to be in the range of $1.73 to $1.78

The Company s 2010 EPS guidance reflects fully diluted weighted average shares outstanding of approximately 25.1 million and an effective tax rate of 37.3%.
