October 2010 Highlights
- Total Company net sales, including direct-to-consumer net sales, increased 13%
- Total Company domestic net sales, including direct-to-consumer net sales, increased 1%
- Total Company international net sales, including direct-to-consumer net sales, increased 86%
- Total Company comparable store sales increased 2%
- Total Company direct-to-consumer net merchandise sales increased 11%
- Abercrombie & Fitch comparable store sales increased 3%
- abercrombie kids comparable store sales decreased 4%
- Hollister Co. comparable store sales increased 2%
Effective financial 2011, the company will no longer continue to report monthly sales performance, and will report quarterly sales effect after the first Thursday of each fiscal quarter. The company will continue to report monthly sales remaining fiscal 2010.
